We all have those family friends that we have known for years, right? Well, Megan is one of those! I met her when she was a little baby, and I still cannot believe that she started her senior year of high school and will soon be attending college. Megan is the youngest of the family and has three older brothers. I was lucky enough to photograph Danny’s senior session a few years ago.
When I was texting with Megan to figure out a good spot to photograph her senior session, she knew she wanted graffiti walls. Living in the MetroWest of Massachusetts area was kind of hard to find. Unfortunately we didn’t find one in time, so we started the session near a warehouse in Framingham, MA. After some time there, we walked the railroad tracks nearby over to Farm Pond. Knowing Megan I knew just walking around with her was a good idea, she is extremely free spirited and chill. She was adorable in her bohemian outfit in the beginning, and it just fit the scenery really well. She was a little nervous but was a pro at posing and had fun! Of course a couple weeks later I found a graffiti wall, but this worked out perfectly!
It’s so important to document your child’s senior year. It’s a reflection for both of you to see how much they have grown up and become mature young adults. Knowing that they are going to apply to college is so rewarding for parents, and I can’t believe I’ve seen Megan grow into the woman you are now. Where did the time go? I can’t wait to see where you attend college and hear about how successful you are in the future! Thank you for a fun evening of documenting your senior session. I had a lot of fun with you! Good luck and kick butt in college! Enjoy some of my favorites from our session!
